Here's how it works: when your candle finishes burning (approximately 40 hours later), the aluminium insert simply lifts out of the vessel. No tools needed. No hot water. No scrubbing. The insert is designed to be crushable by hand—satisfyingly — fitting easily into your recycling bin. The aluminium then enters the circular economy, melted down and reformed without losing any quality.
Inside each refill is 317g of our signature soy wax blend, sourced from UK suppliers and hand-poured for consistent quality. We use IFRA-certified fragrances that burn clean, producing minimal soot and improving indoor air quality compared to paraffin alternatives. The wax burns evenly from edge to edge, thanks to our carefully selected cotton wicks and the heat-conductive properties of the aluminium.
